COVID-19 Emergency School Closing

The Loyola Early Learning Center offers our compassion and solidarity to the people who have been affected by the COVID-19 virus in our community and across the world.

We appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments who are on the front line working to contain COVID-19.

Consistent with the directives of the Governor’s Office and the State Department of Education, our school building closed from March 16, 2020 to August 3, 2020 when we welcomed our rising kindergarten graduates back to school for the final two weeks of their “Kindergarten Readiness Summer Bootcamp” program.

We welcomed all students back to our school building for the 2020-2021 academic year effective September 8, 2020.

Some families have opted to keep their children home and continue participating in virtual learning via videoconference.

Our teachers are working hard to ensure each child has a quality early learning program whether they are on the premises or learning from home.

For parents seeking more information on virtual learning, please contact your child’s lead teacher.
